Overview
Der Fernwärmeanschluss wird durch Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich (ERZ im Untergeschoss des TBZ Gebäudes Sihlquai 101 realisiert. Ab dieser Fernwärmeübergabestation wird ein interner Wärmeverbund aufgebaut und die Heizzentralen in den Gebäuden Sihlquai 101, Ausstellungsstrasse 70 und Ausstellungsstrasse 44, erschlossen. Damit dieser interne Wärmeverbund geregelt werden kann, wird ein eigenes Gebäudeleitsystem aufgebaut. In den bestehenden Heizzentralen wird das jeweilige Mess- und Regelsystem angepasst.
