Errichtung eines Feuerwehrhauses in innovativer Holzbauweise

The municipality of Wentorf bei Hamburg has awarded the construction of a new fire station in innovative timber construction to Ausbau 2000 Hamburg GmbH for €423,789.98. The facility, to be built on a 10,600 m² site with approximately 3,200 m² gross floor area across two stories, will include a vehicle hall for 9 fire trucks, a washing hall, training and operations areas for volunteer and youth fire brigades, a nine-story training tower, and supporting facilities, incorporating sustainability criteria and timber construction innovations including CO2-neutral energy concepts and circular economy principles for timber component reuse.
