Bpifrance Assurance Export selected eleven law firms to provide legal counsel and representation services related to Airbus transaction financing. The scope includes structuring and drafting transaction documentation, ongoing management and restructuring of Airbus transactions, and contentious/arbitration representation for disputes arising from these transactions, with services benefiting Bpifrance, UKEF, and Euler Hermes export credit agencies. The contract was awarded on 28 April 2026 to Allen Overy Shearman Sterling, Clifford Chance, Clyde & Co, Dentons UK and Middle East, Norton Rose Fulbright, Reed Smith, SOTALY Avocat, SVMH Avocats Lyon, Stephenson Harwood, Watson Farley & Williams, and White & Case.
