Overview
Riigihanke raames ostetakse traumatoloogia ja ortopeedia metallosteosünteesi vahendid vastavalt Riigihanke alusdokumentides ja selle lisades toodud tingimustele. Nõuded ostetavatele toodetele ja tehniline kirjeldus on esitatud tootegruppide lõikes HD lisas 1. Raamleping sõlmitakse igas osas ühe pakkujaga. Sõlmitava lepingu tingimused on esitatud raamlepingu projektis (HD lisa 2). Raamlepingu alusel võib sõlmida hankeleping(ud) nii konsignatsiooni tingimustel kui ka kohese väljaostu tingimustel. Hankelepinguid ilma ilma konsignatsioonita võib sõlmida sõltumata sellest, kas kauba hankeleping konsignatsiooni tingimustel on sõlmitud või mitte.
