DEPLOIEMENT DE LA GESTION TECHNIQUE CENTRALISEE

The Département de la Dordogne has awarded a contract to IISB for the deployment of a centralized building management system (GTC) to supervise, control, and optimize technical installations across heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and hot water systems at 37 colleges, 35 administrative sites, and 1 laboratory distributed across 194 buildings. The framework agreement, valued at €122,101.01, was awarded on 31 October 2025 and will run for four years with a maximum budget ceiling of €300,000 HT, supporting energy optimization and technical operations traceability.
