Overview
Es ist ein umfassendes Multi- und Einzelphotonenmikroskopiesystem bereitzustellen, das speziell für die Intravitalmikroskopie ausgelegt ist. Das System muss alle notwendige Software und Hardware für die Erfassung und Visualisierung von Daten enthalten. Das Mikroskop muss invertierbar sein, so dass die Proben von unten betrachtet werden können. Das System muss resonant scannende Multiphotonenmikroskopie (MP) und konfokale Einzelphotonenmikroskopie (SP) mit einem hohen Mass an Integration von MP und SP ermöglichen.
