Overview
El objeto del contrato consiste en la contratación del servicio de monitoraje deportivo, socorristas y recepcionista, para las escuelas deportivas y actividades deportivas municipales, en la forma y características técnicas establecidas en el presente Pliego y en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante PPT):
1.- CONTRATACIÓN DE HORAS DE MONITORAJE DEPORTIVO y SOCORRISTAS. 7.084 horas/año.
2.- CONTRATACIÓN DE HORAS DE RECEPCIONISTA. 1.752 horas /año.
El adjudicatario del contrato tendrá la obligación de subrogarse como empleador en las relaciones laborales de los trabajadores cuya relación y condiciones laborales se detallan en Anexo 9 (documento de subrogación) del presente pliego
