The Municipality of Lukovit has awarded a contract to "NIKI INVEST 77" EOOD for 33,632.81 EUR (completed as of May 2026) for consulting services comprising compliance assessment of an investment project for a biowaste collection and composting facility system across four municipalities, and construction supervision covering all project disciplines. The scope includes preparation of a comprehensive compliance assessment report against essential construction requirements, oversight during construction including quality control of building products and coordination, safety coordination duties, and preparation of final construction documentation and technical passport.
