Overview
Sisäasiainhallinnon asiankäsittelyn ja dokumenttien hallinnan järjestelmä perustuu Fujitsu Finland Oy:n valmisohjelmistoratkaisuun ja sen kehittämis-, ylläpito- ja tukipalvelut hankitaan Fujitsulta. Fujitsun ratkaisun asian- ja asiakirjahallinnan toiminnallisuus on toteutettu OpenText Documentum -alustalle. Documentumin keskeinen komponentti Content Server tarjoaateknisen rajapinnan sisällönhallinnan palveluihin. Kyseessä on Open Textin valmisohjelmisto. Open Text Documentum -ohjelmiston nykyinen tuki- ja ylläpitokausi päättyy vuoden 2025 lopussa. Palvelun jatko hankitaan vuodelle 2026.
