1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy produktów leczniczych wg potrzeb Zamawiającego, z podziałem na 84 części zwanych dalej pakietami. Szczegółowy opis stanowi zał. nr 2 do SWZ – Formularze asortymentowo-cenowe.
2. Rozpoczęcie realizacji zamówienia nastąpi po zawarciu umowy, jednak nie wcześniej niż od dnia 07.01.2025 r. Okres realizacji zamówienia to 18 miesięcy od dnia rozpoczęcia jego realizacji.
3. Wykonawca będzie związany ofertą przez okres 90 dni, tj. do dnia 18.03.2025 r. Bieg terminu związania ofertą rozpoczyna się wraz z upływem terminu składania ofert.
