Overview
Umbau der Bettenhäuser 1 und 2 am Klinikstandort Schwabing zu Wohnen für Pflegekräfte der Münchenstift GmbH und der München Klinik gGmbH mit KiTa. Die beiden denkmalgeschützten Gebäude Haus 1 (Baujahr 1906, GF 1.970 m²) und Haus 2 (Baujahr 1909, GF 2.075 m²), welche bis vor Kurzem durchgehend als Bettenhäuser genutzt wurden, werden in 132 Wohnungen für Pflegekräfte der Münchenstift GmbH und der München Klinik gGmbH einschließlich einer KiTa umgebaut. Die Gebäude haben jeweils UG, EG, 3 OGs und DG. Zudem existieren 2 Verbindungsgänge mit UG, EG, 1 OG). Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Bodenbeschichtungsarbeiten (Los 2 der Ausschreibung). Für Los 1 ist eine separate Bekanntmachung erfolgt. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1.
