Overview
Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena beabsichtigt, einen Pulskompressor (Multipasszelle) für einen leistungsstarken Femtosekundenlaser (> 80 W durchschnittliche Leistung, > 2 mJ Pulsenergie, < 250 fs Pulsdauer) zu beschaffen. Die geplanten Forschungsarbeiten umfassen vornehmlich ultraschnelle XUV-Bildgebung, Generation von hohen Harmonischen sowie Koinzidenz-Impulsspektroskopie mit Atomen, Ionen und Molekülen. Die technischen Leistungsparameter der Alnage 2 sind mindestens zu erfüllen.
