Overview
Die Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Zunächst wird die LPH 1 und 2 abgerufen. Die Beauftragung der LPH 3 und nachfolgend die LPH 4 erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der Bestätigung der Planungsergebnisse durch die Gremien der Stadt. Die Beauftragung der LPH 5-7 und der LPH 8 erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der Bestätigung der Baugenehmigung. Ein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung besteht bei ausbleibender Erfüllung der Bedingung nicht.
