The Complex Oncology Center – Ruse EOOD procured the issuance, provision, and periodic top-up of electronic food vouchers (cards) for employees, for use at restaurants, fast-food establishments, and food retail outlets including supermarkets and hypermarkets with which the operator holds service agreements. The contract, valued at 252,052.50 EUR, was awarded to MOTOBUL EAD on 23 June 2026.
