TII384 Technical Services for Eirspan Bridge Management on Motorway and National Roads

TII intends to establish Frameworks for the provision of Engineering Services for Eirspan Bridge Management on Motorways and National Roads, in three Lots, with an estimated value ranging from €18,000,000 to €23,000,000 (excluding VAT) over the life of the Framework. • Lot 1 is a Multi Party Framework: Bridge Inspections and Structural Assessments (up to 7 framework participants) represents technical consultancy services for bridge inspections and structural assessments, with an estimated value range of €4.2m to €5m. These may be routine inspections, principal inspections or special inspections and structural assessments of a simple or advanced type, and any other general technical consultancy services as may be required. • Lot 2 is a Multi Party Framework: Design, Contract Documentation, Administration and Supervision of Bridge Repair, Rehabilitation and Strengthening schemes (up to 7 framework participants) represents technical consultancy services for project design, contract documentation, administration and supervision for bridge repair, rehabilitation and strengthening schemes and any other general technical consultancy services as may be required. This lot has an estimated value range of €14.85m to €15.4m. • Lot 3 is a Single Party Framework: Structures Specialist Technical Support represents technical consultancy services for the provision of technical support on bridge specialist areas of activity with an estimated value range from €1.6m to €2.6m. This may include probabilistic based bridge assessments; structural health monitoring instrumentation; bridge live load testing; development of climate resilience strategies for the national road bridge stock; and any other technical consultancy services as may be required.
