Arbeitsmarktdienstleistung - Potenzialanalyse für (Neu-)Kunden und (Neu-)Kundinnen

The City of Münster has awarded a contract to Softdoor GmbH for the delivery of a potential analysis service (Potenzialanalyse) for new and existing jobseeker clients, running from 15 June 2026 to 14 July 2027 with an optional 12-month extension. The service comprises three modules: potential analysis and profiling (2 weeks), labour market orientation (1 week), and life skills counselling (1 week), delivered to cohorts of 16–32 participants with 80 total counselling units distributed between individual sessions and group activities, with daily participation of 4 hours per participant. The contract value is €1,562,649.60.
