Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je sustav rezervnog napajanja, sve prema Tehničkoj specifikaciji i Troškovniku, a podrazumijeva isporuku sustava rezervnog napajanja (u daljnjem tekstu: sustava), njegovo ispitivanje i preuzimanje u tvornici ili ispitnoj stanici ponuditelja, implementaciju, ispitivanje i preuzimanje na objektu implementacije, edukaciju zaposlenika naručitelja za rad sa sustavom i njegovo održavanje u razdoblju od 36 (tridesetšest) mjeseci.
Ponuđeni sustav mora biti nov, nekorišten i pokriven originalnim jamstvom proizvođača, u skladu s traženim u Tehničkoj specifikaciji.
