VISTA College awarded a framework agreement for broker services to Haert B.V. on 1 May 2026, with an estimated value of €8.2 million. The broker will serve as the central point for managing all external staffing within the organization, taking over existing recruitment contracts and ensuring continuity of service. The scope includes recruiting external professionals for teaching, support, policy, and management roles, with the broker responsible for streamlined procurement, candidate pre-selection, contracting, compliance with regulations, and provision of management reporting.
