Overview
Aufbau einer Wärmeerzeugungsanlage (WEA) mit einer Leistung von ca. 650 kW. Übernahme eines vorhandenen Nahwärmenetzes mit einem Alter von ca. 20 Jahren. Lieferung von ca. 600 MWh Wärme je Jahr auf Basis einer CO2 freien Erzeugung. Nicht zugelassen sind CO2-Minderungszertifikate und Biomethan. Es werden Räumlichkeiten für die WEA bereitgestellt.
Zwei weitere Gebäude sind an das Netz und die Versorgung anzuschließen. Die Warmwasserbereitung im Sommer muss realisiert werden.
