El objeto del contrato será el servicio integral de limpieza de edificios y dependencias municipales, comprendiendo la limpieza de suelos, paredes, cristales, mobiliario, lámparas, cortinas, alfombras, puertas, vitrinas, sanitarios y cualquier otro elemento que se encuentre en las dependencias (papeleras, pizarras, equipos de extinción de incendios, objetos de decoración, etc.). Estas características generales variarán dependiendo del tipo de edificio o dependencia a limpiar, según se contempla en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas redactado por la Alcaldía en fecha 14 de mayo de 2025
