Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 1,2,3,4,5,8 für die Umbauarbeiten des Informationshauses am Standort Ahaus

BGZ Gesellschaft für Zwischenlagerung mbH has awarded planning services for technical building systems to PB TGA Gesellschaft für Planungs- und Beratungsleistungen mbH on 22 June 2026. The scope covers design phases 1–8 according to HOAI 2021 for six technical installation groups (wastewater, heating, ventilation, electrical, IT, and building automation systems) for the renovation of the information centre at the Ahaus interim storage facility, with an estimated construction cost of approximately 1.7 million EUR. The planning must incorporate DGNB sustainability standards and be documented using Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology.
