Overview
Die Transportunternehmen BERNMOBIL, BSU, BGU, RBS, STI und VB (genannt TU) ersetzen in dieser gemeinsamen Beschaffung ihre bestehenden "dynamischen Fahrgastinformationsanzeiger (DFI)" durch neue DFI-Geräte.
Jedes Transportunternehmen schliesst mit der Gewinnerin der Ausschreibung jeweils einen eigenen Werkliefervertrag und Wartungsvertrag ab. Den Ausschreibungsunterlagen liegen die Verträge in der Variante BERNMOBIL bei. Die Anbieterin akzeptiert grundsätzlich die Verträge in der Variante BERNMOBIL. Die Anbieterin kann die beigelegten Verträge kommentieren. Die Verträge zwischen der Anbieterin und dem jeweiligen Transportunternehmen werden vor Abschluss gemeinsam bereinigt.
