Overview
1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest zakup oprogramowania serwerowego zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwanego dalej „OPZ”, stanowiącego załącznik nr 1 do projektu Umowy.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia określony w ust. 1, należy zrealizować zgodnie projektem Umowy, w tym OPZ.
3. W ramach realizacji zamówienia Wykonawca dostarczy licencje wieczyste (bezterminowe) na następujące oprogramowanie serwerowe firmy Microsoft:
1) Microsoft Windows Server 2025 DataCenter (16 cores) – 45 szt. lub produkt równoważny;
2) Microsoft Windows Server 2025 User CAL – 1 100 szt. lub produkt równoważny;
3) Microsoft Windows Server 2025 RDS User CAL - 200 szt. lub produkt równoważny;
4. Warunki równoważności wskazane są w OPZ.
