The Municipality of Shumen procured engineering, design, construction and author supervision services for the rehabilitation of road SHU 1187 between state road I-7 and road SHU 1190, including preparation of technical documentation, site works, construction and monitoring. The contract was awarded on 9 June 2026 to АВТОМАГИСТРАЛИ - ЧЕРНО МОРЕ АД for EUR 3,471,582.40, with work encompassing pavement restoration, drainage improvements, bridge and signage works to ensure safe traffic flow and extend the road's operational life.
