Detalus perkamų prekių apibūdinimas, kiekiai, savybės ir kiti būtini reikalavimai yra nurodyti Pirkimo sąlygų 2 priede „Techninė specifikacija“. Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti prekes pagal poreikį ir atsižvelgiant į revizinių endoprotezavimo operacijų specifiką. Teisės aktuose nustatyta tvarka pasikeitus revizinių sąnarių endoprotezų komponentų kompensavimo būdui, perkančioji organizacija neįsipareigoja nupirkti visų Specifikacijos atskirose Pirkimo objektų dalyse nurodytų prekių ir/ar jų maksimalių kiekių.
