Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η αντικατάσταση του συνθετικού χλοοτάπητα του γηπέδου ποδοσφαίρου στο Καμάρι Θήρας, ώστε να είναι λειτουργικό και ασφαλές για την διεξαγωγή ποδοσφαιρικών αγώνων. Περιλαμβάνει την αντικατάσταση του υφιστάμενου συνθετικού χλοοτάπητα με νέο τελευταίας γενιάς, τις ανάλογες διαγραμμίσεις, την προμήθεια συνθετικού χλοοτάπητα, την προσθήκη καουτσούκ και άμμου σύμφωνα με τα πιστοποιητικά FIFA RECOMMENDED ή FIFA QUALITY, μαζί με τις απαραίτητες εργασίες αποξήλωσης του παλιού χλοοτάπητα και την διόρθωση της ομαλότητας των κλίσεων της υπόβασης έδρασης.
