Overview
Die Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft im Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg mbH (WFL) plant die
Erweiterung des Gewerbegebiets Neuvorwerk in Ratzeburg.
Im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens werden Planungsleistungen für die Bauleitplanung
ausgeschrieben.
Das vorgesehene Plangebiet liegt südlich des Gewerbegebietes Neuvorwerk, westlich der
Domäne Neuvorwerk und der Gleisanlagen, nördlich des Albsfelder Weges sowie östlich der
B 207. Die künftige Erschließung ist aus dem Gewerbegebiet Neuvorwerk („An der Tongrube“)
vorgesehen; die zu beplanende Flächengröße umfasst circa 20 Hektar.
