Overview
Im Rahmen der 2-Standorte-Konzentration sind der Neubau eines Dienstleistungszentrums am Stadtrand sowie die Ertüchtigung und Modernisierung des Bestandsgebäudes für die Verwaltung des Kreises Schleswig-Flensburg in Schleswig zu planen. Das Projekt ist avisiert mit einer Gesamtlaufzeit von 8 – 10 Jahren und wird in interner Projektverantwortung geführt. Zur Initiierung des Projektes ist ein Nutzerbedarfsprogramm zzgl. weiterer Teilleistungen zu entwickeln, hierfür wird bedarfsorientiert externe Expertise und Unterstützung in der Erarbeitung benötigt.
