Wastewater Management System Improvement in the Municipality of Mojkovac

Indicative scope of Works on the project “Wastewater Management System Improvement in the Municipality of Mojkovac” includes the following elements: - Section 1: Construction of sewerage network, separation of wastewater and storm water network in the city centre and construction of new network, which will serve to 2,500 inhabitants. - Section 2: Rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plant Rehabilitated and upgraded WWTP in proper operation. The WWTP shall be designed for two Phases, with an ultimate capacity being 7,300 PE and Phase 1 as 5,250 PE. Rehabilitation Works will cover Phase 1 (5,250 PE). Works will be implemented according to FIDIC Red Book (1999 ed) including lump sum design-build activities for WWTP. Works shall be implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Montenegrin legislation and relevant EU and EIB requirements. The Contractor must particularly consider licensing and permits requirements in the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Structures in Montenegro in force.
