Με τη Συμφωνία – Πλαίσιο η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή αναθέτει και ο Σύμβουλος αναλαμβάνει την υποχρέωση να παράσχει έγκαιρα, εμπρόθεσμα, έντεχνα, άρτια και αποτελεσματικά τις Υπηρεσίες όσον αφορά το Τμήμα 2 της Πρόσκλησης, σε πλήρη συμμόρφωση προς τους όρους της Συμφωνίας - Πλαίσιο. Το ακριβές αντικείμενο των Υπηρεσιών που θα κληθεί να παράσχει κατά την εκτέλεση των εκτελεστικών συμβάσεων θα εξειδικεύεται στην εκάστοτε πρόσκληση για την υποβολή προσφορών για την ανάθεση της εκάστοτε εκτελεστικής σύμβασης.
