Overview
Die Werkstatthallen C und D sowie der Bunker neben Halle C, sind fachgerecht und ingenieursmäßig zurückzubauen die anfallenden Bauabfälle sind fachgerecht und sortiert zu entsorgen. Für etwaige Schadstoffe wird vom AG, nach Beprobung eine Deponie für den die Entsorgung vorgegeben. Die Arbeiten finden unterlaufendem Betrieb der umgebenden Werkstatt statt.
Die Gebäude sind vor dem Abriss zu beräumen, Schadstoffe möglichst vor dem eigentlichen Abriss zu entfernen.
