Medical University – Sofia is procuring a cardio-ankle vascular index measurement device for assessing arterial sclerotic changes across different vascular territories, to support research group 3.1.17 under project BG-RRP-2.004-0004-C01 funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan. The device must measure blood pressure, pulse wave velocity, ankle-brachial index, cardio-ankle vascular index, toe-brachial index, and include 12-channel ECG recording, with automated signal quality checks, configurable reporting, patient database capability for 15,000 cases, and connectivity options. The procurement was awarded on 28 May 2026 with a contract value of 20,020 BGN, and includes installation, calibration, staff training, and warranty support.
