Overview
Um Bonitätsanalysen erfolgreich durchführen zu können benötigt die IBB für den Research und Datenservice für Assetklassen Financials und Non-Financials 4 Zugänge. Es soll ein Dienstleistungsvertrag mit einer Grundlaufzeit von 4 Jahren geschlossen werden. Zum Ende des 1. Vertragsjahres (Probejahr) besteht seitens der IBB ein einseitiges Kündigungsrecht mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten. Nach Ablauf der Grundlaufzeit kann der Vertrag einmal für weitere drei Jahre verlängert werden. Die maximal mögliche Gesamtlaufzeit beträgt damit ab Zuschlagserteilung 7 Jahre.
