Es ist vorgesehen, die Bewirtschaftung der Cafeterien an drei Standorten
der Universität der Künste Berlin, optional Veranstaltungscatering unserer Konzertsäle
und dem Uni-Theater, an einen professionellen Dienstleister oder an eine qualifizierte
Einzelperson als Pächter/-in zu übertragen. Der angestrebte Vertragsbeginn ist April
2025. Der Caterer führt die Bewirtschaftung auf eigenes unternehmerisches Risiko aus.
Die Vergabe wird in Lose aufgeteilt.
