Overview
Das UKA beabsichtigt den Support des Krankenhausinformationssystems CGM MEDICO auf 24/7 auszuweiten. Zu diesem Zweck soll ein Vertrag mit Eigenschaften wie folgt geschlossen werden:
- Rufbereitschaft
- außerhalb der bestehenden Supportzeiten von Montag bis Freitag von 8:00 - 17:00 Uhr (ausgenommen bundeseinheitliche Feiertage),
sowie
- außerhalb der erweiterten Servicezeiten (9 Stunden 7 Tage)
- Erweiterung der Servicezeiten für kritische Fehler auf 24/7
- Laufzeit 5 Jahre
