Overview
Es ist die ETCS-Ausrüstung im Rahmen des Projekts "ETCS-Ausrüstung Erkner-Seddin" zu realisieren. Im Zuge dessen sind vorlaufend die stellwerksseitigen Voraussetzung für ETCS (ETCS-ready) umzusetzen. Dazu sind 3 UZ-Bereiche (Grünauer Kreuz, Genshagener Heide, Michendorf) sowie die RSTW in Schönefeld und Rbf Seddin durch ESTW/DSTW gesamthaft zu ersetzen. Hierfür wird eine Projektsteuerung zur Koordinierung, Steuerung und Prüfung der relevanten Schnittstellen benötigt. Gleichermaßen gehören die Organisation, Dokumentation und das Berichtswesen zum Aufgabenportfolio der Projektsteuerung.
