Overview
Das Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) betreibt im Rahmen der Marktüberwachung ein Abgasprüflaboratorium. Hier werden mittels unabhängigen Rollenmessungen die Abgaskonzentrationen von Fahrzeugen überprüft.
Für den Betrieb des Laboratoriums bedarf es verschiedener Gase:
• Betriebsgase für die Prüfstände
• Gase für Diagnose Checks
• Kalibriergase für PEMS/HD-PEMS
• Schweißgase
• Stickstoff für FTIR Messgerät
Zur Deckung des zu erwartenden Gasbedarfs ist vorgesehen, Rahmenverträge für zwei Lose zur Bereitstellung und Wiederbefüllung von Prüfstandgasen und PEMS Gasen zu schließen, die jeweils eine Preisgleitklausel enthalten.
