Errichtung eines Feuerwehrhauses in innovativer Holzbauweise

The Municipality of Wentorf bei Hamburg has awarded the construction of a new fire station in innovative timber construction to Dieter Holschbach GmbH for €75,097.34, completed on 16 June 2026. The facility, located at Fritz-Sprecht-Weg 1, comprises approximately 3,200 m² of usable floor space across two stories, including a vehicle hall for nine fire trucks, training and operations areas, a nine-story training tower, and workshop spaces, with sustainability and timber innovation objectives including CO2-neutral energy concepts and circular economy principles for timber components.
