Con Determina a contrarre del Presidente del 30 dicembre 2025, questa Amministrazione ha deciso di affidare, ai sensi dell’art. 71del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii., per mezzo di un Accordo Quadro di cui all’art. 59 D.lgs. 36/2023, suddiviso in 4 lotti, con un unico operatore economico, il servizio di trattamento ed avvio a recupero di alcune frazioni differenziate provenienti dalla raccolta differenziata dei Comuni soci di Ambiente.
