Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in termen de 5 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform art.160 alin(2) din Lege nr.98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
