Das Nachwuchsnetzwerk "Next Generation 4 Bavaria" stellt ein Angebot für die Nachfolgegeneration bayerischer Familienunternehmen dar.
Im Fokus steht die Vermittlung themenspezifischen digitalen Know-hows, die Übertragung der Theorie auf praktische Anwendungsfälle im Dialog untereinander und mit Experten sowie die gegenseitige Vernetzung und der bedarfsgerechte Austausch mit der Wissenschaft sowie der Digital- und / oder Gründerszene.
Beteiligt am Nachwuchsnetzwerk sind das StMD, ausgewählte Kooperationspartner für die Bereitstellung von Expertenwissen und Mittelstandsunternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen und Regionen Bayerns als Zielgruppe.
