Účelem této nadlimitní veřejné zakázky je uzavření Rámcové dohody s vybraným dodavatelem, na jejímž základě dojde k poskytování služeb poskytující technickou podporu a rozvoj technologií Microsoft Zadavatele.
Oblasti poskytování služeb jsou definované ve vzoru Rámcové dohody.
V roce 2024 bude největší důraz kladen na oblast bezpečnostní analýzy technického stavu prostředí M365 a MS Azure a přesun poštovních služeb z platformy HCL Notes/Domino a implementaci dalších služeb s cílem modernizace aplikačního portfolia Úřadu vlády.
Z důvodu přechodu na novou emailovou platformu je pro Úřad vlády klíčové zajištění technické podpory služeb Microsoft a zároveň dostatečné proškolení všech uživatelů a správců nových služeb, tak jak budou postupně uvolňovány k používání.
