Fac Similiter VZW has awarded a catering services contract to Sodexo Belgium SA for €3,543,395.20 to manage the main kitchen and coordinate the cafeteria operations at Woonzorgcentrum Betlehem, serving approximately 370 residents, 300 staff members, and trainees. The scope includes meal preparation and distribution, procurement of food and beverages, operation of the cafeteria, provision of coffee and vending services, event catering, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance including HACCP audits and food safety compliance.
