DB InfraGO AG has awarded project management services to Prof. Jung-Lundberg Baumanagement GmbH for the ETCS Flensburg-Maschen corridor project, which aims to equip the TEN Scandinavian-Mediterranean corridor section from Padborg/Flensburg to Maschen with ETCS Level 2 by 2030. The scope encompasses planning phases 0, 1, and 2 covering the signal box areas of future Radio Block Centers in Flensburg and Neumünster, including construction of new RBCs and signal boxes, level crossing modifications, GSM-R infrastructure, optical fiber cabling, power supply systems, and ETCS transition arrangements at the Denmark-Germany border, along with testing and decommissioning of legacy equipment. The contract was awarded on 4 May 2026 and is now complete.
