Overview
Vanwege een verhoogde taakstelling voor statushouders, ter voorkoming van een aanwijzing, dient de gemeente gebruik te maken van de HAR+ regeling voor de periode van 1 januari 2026 tot 1 juli 2026. De gemeente is bezig met organiseren en overwegen van duurzamere oplossingen, maar realisatie daarvan is niet mogelijk voor 1 juli 2026. Omdat er maar één geschikte locatie is die de capaciteit heeft op gemeentegrond (conform HAR+) kiest de gemeente voor de procedure voor Vrijwillige transparantie.
Hoewel de raming net onder de Europese drempel blijft, maken wij alsnog gebruik van deze procedure. 16 plaatsen voor 6 maanden
