2-GARANTÍA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO EN FORMA DE SOPORTE PREMIER durante el periodo expresado para el conjunto de productos recogido en el punto 4 del PPT.
3-SOPORTE TECNICO AVANZADO: Bajo la denominación comercial de “Customer Success Services (CSS)” se sustancia la prestación del soporte técnico avanzado objeto del contrato. Los elementos y productos objetos del mismo se describen en el punto 6 del PPT.
