Overview
Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind Leistungen für Hosting, Betrieb, Support, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Software "Infodienste" im Umfang des Grundsystems sowie des optionalen Moduls "Kommunales Recht". Daneben umfasst die Leistung Projektunterstützungsleistungen im Rahmen der Softwareweiterentwicklung sowie Schulungsleistungen. Ebenfalls enthalten sind pauschalierte optionale Leistungspakete für die Redaktionsunterstützung und den Support. Weiterhin ist die Softwarekomponente "Infodienste telefonische Servicecenter" (kurz IDTSC) einschließlich der Schnittstellen zum 115-Wissensmanagement, zum 115-Ticketsystem und zu lokalen Wissensbeständen bereitzustellen sowie die Softwarepflege und -weiterentwicklung.
