Se va tine cont de necesitatile obiective ale autoritatii contractante, in functie de solicitari putand exista concomitent mai multe contracte subsecvente.
Acordul cadru este fara reluarea competitiei si se va incheia pe o perioada de 3 ani cu maxim 5 ofertanti.
