Overview
Die Stadt Nürnberg baut das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude Untere Talgasse 8 in der Nürnberger Altstadt in ein Kinder- und Jugendhaus und in einen Hort um. Neben der umfassenden Sanierung des Gebäudes erfolgen eine Neugestaltung der Freifläche im sogenannten Schießgraben, einem Teil der vorletzten Stadtmauer. Folgende Leistungen sind erforderlich: 1 Überdachung mit verkleidetem Geräteschuppen, Grundfläche ca. 15 x 2m, Dacheindeckung Farbaluminium ca. 40 m², 1 Sichtschutz mit Tür ca. 5 m², Bankauflagen aus Eichenlattung für ovale Baumbank, konische Belattung, ca. 25 m², Bankauflagen aus Eichenlattung für drei rechteckige Sitzpodeste, insgesamt ca. 6 m²
