Municipality of Varbica awarded independent construction supervision services for six separate construction projects in the Varbica resort area, including a visitor information centre, health trails, eco-park, waterfall path, eco-route to protected area, and cycle route. The contract, valued at 8,710 EUR and awarded on 1 June 2026, was won jointly by KAD CONSULT BG EOOD, LIFE ENERGY OOD, and MULTIPLEX ENGINEERING EOOD. The scope includes supervision during construction, safety coordination, document verification, and technical passport preparation in accordance with Bulgarian building regulations.
